Who are we?

Kaitlyn is a passionate and empathetic Clinical Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with lived experience as a neurodivergent individual managing chronic health conditions. Kaitlyn is dedicated to supporting individuals through a neuro-affirming approach. She believes in understanding and embracing the diversity of your experiences, including those with Neurodivergent traits that may align with Autism, Attention Deficit/ Hyperactive Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Attachment and Trauma concerns, and other conditions. By adopting a neuro-affirming perspective, she strives to create a safe and validating space for individuals of all neurotypes. 

Kaitlyn provides evidence-based interventions from a range of therapeutic models, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, with aspects of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Schema Therapy. By integrating these approaches with neuro-affirming principles, Kaitlyn helps clients develop a sense of empowerment and awareness.

Kaitlyn has an interest in helping those who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and those who have concerns around sexuality and gender identity. Kaitlyn has also worked closely with different cultures, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples. Kaitlyn’s approach is open and friendly, as well as non-judgemental.

Neurobliss Psychology is located on the Country of the Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Peoples. Neurobliss Psychology acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we work and pay our respects to Indigenous Elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty has never been ceded. It always was and always will be, Aboriginal land.
